Delicious Mutton/Goat Liver Pepper Fry recipe!!!
- Mutton Liver - 600gm (1lb)
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Onion - 2 medium
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seed Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ( 1/2 tsp )+ 1/4 tsp
- Water - 3 tbsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Cut the mutton liver into very small pieces, put turmeric and soak it water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, Drain water and clean the liver. This is done to remove the liver smell and clean it very nicely!!!
- Heat a pan, add oil, curry leaves, ginger garlic and sauté it.
- Add onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the spice powders and sauté.
- Add cleaned liver and 4 tbsp water.
- Cover the lid and cook in very low flame for 15 minutes.
- Now open the lid and cook in medium flame until the water is evaporated.
- Finally add coconut oil and curry leaves.
- Yummy mutton liver pepper fry ready!!!
