Delicious Mutton/Goat Liver Pepper Fry recipe!!! Ingredients: Mutton Liver - 600gm (1lb) Oil - 3 tbsp Onion - 2 medium Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 4 cloves Spice powders: Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Fennel seed Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - ( 1/2 tsp )+ 1/4 tsp Water - 3 tbsp Coconut oil - 2 tsp Curry leaves - few Directions: Cut the mutton liver into very small pieces, put turmeric and soak it water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, Drain water and clean the liver. This is done to remove the liver smell and clean it very nicely!!! Heat a pan, add oil, curry leaves, ginger garlic and sauté it. Add onion and sauté until golden brown. Add the spice powders and sauté. Add cleaned liver and 4 tbsp water. Cover the lid and cook in very low flame for 15 minutes. Healthy Carrot Walnut cake

Healthy and tasty carrot cake recipe!!! Ingredients: Wet Ingredients: Eggs - 4 Butter - 1 stick or ( 1/2 cup vegetable oil ) Sugar - 1 1/4 cup Vanilla essence - 2 tsp Dry ingredients: All purpose flour - 2 cups Baking powder - 2 tsp Baking Soda - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp Others: Carrot - 3 cups grated ( 4 medium sized) Walnuts or pecans - 1/4 cup Directions: Pre heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit or 180 degree Celsius. Keep butter and eggs ready at room temperature. In a bowl add the wet Ingredients: eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla and beat them for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix the dry ingredients : All purpose flour, Baking powder , Baking Soda , Salt , Cinnamon powder in another bowl. Stif the dry ingredients over the wet Ingredients. Red Rice Idiyappam

Red rice idiyappam is a very healthy recipe and can be made very easily with store bought red rice idiyappam flour. Ingredients: (Serves 2) Red rice Idiyappam Flour - 1 cup Oil - 1 tsp Water - 1 1/4 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp Grated coconut - 1/2 cup Directions: Take 1 cup idiyappam flour in a vessel and add 1/2 tsp salt to it. In another vessel, boil 1 1/4 cup water. Add boiling water little by little to the flour and mix the flour using another spoon, since it will be very hot. When the correct consistency of the flour is reached as shown in the video, use hands and knead the dough well. ( I have used 1 1/8th cup of water to get correct consistency) Apply little oil over the dough and cover it with a lid. Apply little oil on the idiyappam plate or idli plate. Put some grated coconut on the idiyappam plate and keep it ready. Now put chillu with very small holes into the idiyappam press.
