Delicious Mutton/Goat Liver Pepper Fry recipe!!! Ingredients: Mutton Liver - 600gm (1lb) Oil - 3 tbsp Onion - 2 medium Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 4 cloves Spice powders: Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Fennel seed Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - ( 1/2 tsp )+ 1/4 tsp Water - 3 tbsp Coconut oil - 2 tsp Curry leaves - few Directions: Cut the mutton liver into very small pieces, put turmeric and soak it water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, Drain water and clean the liver. This is done to remove the liver smell and clean it very nicely!!! Heat a pan, add oil, curry leaves, ginger garlic and sauté it. Add onion and sauté until golden brown. Add the spice powders and sauté. Add cleaned liver and 4 tbsp water. Cover the lid and cook in very low flame for 15 minutes. Prawn Tawa fry | Prawn Tawa roast | Prawn Roast Kerala style Try this spicy #prawn #tawa fry for a side dish for dhal, sambar, rasam, fish curry or as a starter. Ingredients: (Serves 3) For marination: Prawn - 300gm Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder. - 1 tsp Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp Salt - as needed For Tawa fry: Oil - 2 tsp + 3 tsp Curry leaves - few Directions: Marinate the prawn with the ingredients given marination. Heat 2tsp oil in a pan and add the marinated prawns. The prawns will leave water. Flip over and cook until all the water has evaporated. Drizzle 3 to 4 tsp oil over the prawn to make it crispy. Yummy prawn tawa fry is ready!!!

It is given to girls during puberty age & for women during pregnancy. It strengthens backbones, hips & uterus and is very good for women health. Ingredients: To Roast & powder Urad Dhal - 1 Cup (Black Urad dhal more healthy) Raw Rice - 1/4 cup (Red or Brown rice can be used for more healthy) Cardamon - 1 Dry ginger - 1/2 tsp Other Palm jaggery / Jaggery - 1 cup Water - 3 cups (1 cup + 2 cups) Gingelly Oil - 1/2 cup Directions: Boil 1 cup jaggery in 1 cup water and dissolve it.
