Step by step with pictures:
Arrange the boiled eggs that are halved on a wide plate |
Sprinkle salt |
sprinkle pepper |
sprinkle chilli powder |
sprinkle corn flour |
rub the masala over the pieces |
heat oil on a tawa |
Shallow fry them and coat the other side of the eggs with the masala thats sprinkled on the plate |
Fry them and then flip over |
Eggs have got fried |
Fried eggs are ready to be served |
Steps:
1. Boil eggs by boiling in water for 8 minutes.
2. Cool them and then remove the shells, cut them into halves and arrange them on a wide plate.
3. Sprinkle some salt over them.
4. Sprinkle some pepper.
5. Sprinkle some chilli powder.
6. Sprinkle some corn flour.
7. Rub the masala over the egg.
8. Heat oil on a tawa and shallow fry the eggs.
9. Flip over and fry them.
10. Crispy fried egg is ready.
