Ingredients Required:
Minced mutton

Step by step with pictures:
Ingredients |
In a pressure cooker pour oil and when it heats up add curry leaves. |
Add onions, chili and saute until transparent |
Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes off |
Add 1 tblspn chili powder, 2 tblspn coriander powder, 3 tspn garam masala powder, 1 tspn tumeric powder and saute them for a minute |
Add the tomatoes and saute them |
Add the minced mutton and saute it |
Add salt , 3 to 4 cups of water and pressure cook for 4 whistles |
Check for seasonings and garnish with coriander leaves |
Mutton keema is ready to be served |
Steps:
1.

the masala powders and saute them for a minute.
5.
Add
tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
6.
Add
the minced mutton and saute it.
7.
Add
the required amount of water approximately 3 to 4 cups and then salt and pressure
cook for 4 whistles.
8.
Garnish
with coriander leaves.
Notes:
After
the recipe is done check for seasonings and if required, add 1 or 2 tspn of
coriander powder to get the perfect taste.
This recipe goes well with chapathi, dosai or appam.
