Our family started introducing avocado recently in our diet due to its health benefits but avocado taste didn’t suit us that much. I came across this recipe idea and then made it one day. Ingredients:
avocado - 2
lemon - 1
boiled egg - 5
salt
pepper
oregano
bread slices - 5
Directions:
Take flesh out of avocado and smash it with salt and lemon juice.
Toast bread.
Apply avocado paste over the toasted bread.
Slice boiled eggs and arrange it over the toasted bread with avocado.
