Capsicum, sesame seed, groundnut chutney
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup groundnut
- 3 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tbsp. coriander seeds
- 5 green chillies
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 inch tamarind
- salt as required
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Urad dhal - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Whole red chillies - 2
- Dry roast sesame seeds, groundnuts individually. Remove the skin of groundnuts.
- Heat pan, then add oil, jeera, coriander seeds, 5 green chillies, 1 capsicum saute then first. Then add 1 tomato and saute it. After sautéing cool it.
- Grind sesame seeds, groundnuts, and sauted mixture with a piece of tamarind.
- Temper and pour the tempering over the grinded chutney.
