Capsicum, sesame seed, groundnut chutney


Try this yummy Capsicum chutney with sesame seed and groundnut for idli or dosa. I learned this recipe from my Telugu friend and it will be so yummy. It’s very easy to make. The favour of this chutney will be awesome 

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup groundnut
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tbsp. coriander seeds
  • 5 green chillies
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 inch tamarind
  • salt as required
Tempering:
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Urad dhal - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Whole red chillies - 2
Directions:
  • Dry roast sesame seeds, groundnuts individually. Remove the skin of groundnuts.
  • Heat pan, then add oil, jeera, coriander seeds, 5 green chillies, 1 capsicum saute then first. Then add 1 tomato and saute it. After sautéing cool it.
  • Grind sesame seeds, groundnuts, and sauted mixture with a piece of tamarind.
  • Temper and pour the tempering over the grinded chutney.
