Crispy Adai Dosa with kudo or varagu millet | Protein packed Indian breakfast


Try making this crispy Adai dosa made with lentils and millets.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kudo or Varagu millet
  • 1/3 cup Channa Dhal
  • 1/3 cup Toor dhal
  • 1/3 cup Urad dhal
  • 4 dry red chilies

Directions:

  • Soak the ingredients for 6 to 8 hours and grind them into a bit thin batter adding salt.
  • Make dosa instantly.

Notes:

  • No fermentation is required for this recipe.
  • 2 cloves garlic and 1/4 tsp jeera can be added while grinding the batter. But it’s completely optional.
