Try making this crispy Adai dosa made with lentils and millets.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Kudo or Varagu millet
- 1/3 cup Channa Dhal
- 1/3 cup Toor dhal
- 1/3 cup Urad dhal
- 4 dry red chilies
Directions:
- Soak the ingredients for 6 to 8 hours and grind them into a bit thin batter adding salt.
- Make dosa instantly.
Notes:
- No fermentation is required for this recipe.
- 2 cloves garlic and 1/4 tsp jeera can be added while grinding the batter. But it’s completely optional.
