Dates Nuts Sesame Ladoo | Sugarless Dates and Nuts Ladoo | Khajur Laduu | No sugar energy balls
Bored of eating normal dates and dates sits in your house long time not being used?
Try this yummy dates ladoo for a difference and it will be so awesome.
Ingredients:
- Dates - 20
- Mixed Nuts (Almond, Pistachio, Walnuts, Cashews) - 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
- Dry coconut - 3 tbsp (Optional)
Directions:
- Roast sesame seeds until it slightly pops.
- Roast nuts for a minute and chop them.
- Remove seeds of the dates and roast the dates for 2 min. This is done to make dates soft.
- Blend dates coarsely in the blender.
- Then add the nuts, sesame seeds to the blender along with dates and give a quick pulse to make them mix.
- Make balls out of this mix from blender.
- Coat dates balls with dry coconut (optional).
- Healthy and tasty dates balls ready.
Notes:
Instead of roasting in pan, you can also use microwave.
In microwave, roast sesame seeds for 1 min, roast nuts of 1 minute, roast deseeded dates for 1 minute.
Rest all procedures remain same.
This method is much easier.
