Bored of eating normal dates and dates sits in your house long time not being used?
Try this yummy dates ladoo for a difference and it will be so awesome.

Ingredients:

  • Dates - 20
  • Mixed Nuts (Almond, Pistachio, Walnuts, Cashews) - 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Dry coconut - 3 tbsp (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Roast sesame seeds until it slightly pops.
  2. Roast nuts for a minute and chop them.
  3. Remove seeds of the dates and roast the dates for 2 min. This is done to make dates soft.
  4. Blend dates coarsely in the blender.
  5. Then add the nuts, sesame seeds to the blender along with dates and give a quick pulse to make them mix.
  6. Make balls out of this mix from blender.
  7. Coat dates balls with dry coconut (optional).
  8. Healthy and tasty dates balls ready.
Notes:
Instead of roasting in pan, you can also use microwave.
In microwave, roast sesame seeds for 1 min, roast nuts of 1 minute, roast deseeded dates for 1 minute.
Rest all procedures remain same.
This method is much easier.
