Healthy breakfast - Palak or spinach Poori
Ingredients:
For blanching
- 3 cups spinach or palak leaves
- 2 cups water
For grinding
- Blanched and cooled spinach
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 2 green chillies
For kneading
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- Grinded mixture
- salt as needed
Directions
- Blanch spinach.
- Grind spinach, jeera, ginger, green chillies
- Knead whole wheat flour with salt and grinded mixture.
