Healthy breakfast - Palak or spinach Poori

Ingredients:

For blanching
  • 3 cups spinach or palak leaves
  • 2 cups water
For grinding
  • Blanched and cooled spinach
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 2 green chillies
For kneading
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • Grinded mixture
  • salt as needed
Directions
  1. Blanch spinach.
  2. Grind spinach, jeera, ginger, green chillies
  3. Knead whole wheat flour with salt and grinded mixture.
