Sweet Aval or Poha | Simple 2 minutes Indian breakfast or snack | Zero oil breakfast or snack
Try this sweet Aval or Poha as breakfast or snack on a busy or lazy day!!!
Ingredients:
- Aval/poha - 2 1/2 cups
- Jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Grated coconut - 3/4 cup
Directions:
- Soak poha/ aval in water for 2 minutes and drain off the excess water.
- Add powdered jaggery, grated coconut
- Mix it.
- Serve.
