Don’t reduce the quantity of oil, more oil gives more taste to this recipe.

Ingredients:(serves 3)
- Gingelly Oil - 4 tbsp
- Potatoes - 3 large
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - As needed
- Cut potatoes in correct size as shown in video.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cut potatoes.
- Keep the flame on high and keep stirring the potatoes until the outer layer starts to become slightly golden~ 4 to 5 min.
- Now add the spice powders : turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp and Salt.
- Keep stirring for ~ 1 to 2 min until the potatoes get coated with spices.
- Yummy potato stir fry ready!!!
