Indian style Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with Herbs | Cheese Stuffed Mushroom | Mushroom starter recipe
Try this yummy Indian style Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms recipe!!!Ingredients:
- Mushroom - 350gm
- Onion(medium) - 1/2
- Garlic - 3 pods
- Capsicum - 1/4
- Basil leaves - few (Optional)
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Dried Oregano - 1/4 tsp
- Grated Cheese - As needed
- Wash mushrooms and wipe it completely.
- Remove the stems of mushrooms and chop it finely.
- Chop the other ingredients finely and keep it ready.
- Preheat oven to 375°F or 190°C.
- Heat oil, add finely chopped onion, garlic and saute it. Then add finely chopped capsicum, mushroom stems and saute it. Add red chilli flakes, crushed pepper, dried oregano, salt and saute it. Add basil leaves and switch off the flame. Cool this mix.
- Divide stuffing mixture as per the number of mushroom caps. Fill mushroom caps with the mix.
- Top up the stuffed mushroom caps with grated cheese.
- Arrange the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking tray and bake at 375°F or 190°C for 20 to 22 minutes.
- After 20 minutes you may see water oozing out of mushrooms. You can just tilt the baking tray and remove the water and then bake for 2 minutes.
