Nendran Banana Chips | Easy snack | Homemade Banana Chips | Crispy Thin Banana Chips
Try making this crispy banana chips at home very easily!!!
Ingredients:
- Nendran raw Banana - 2
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Oil
- Cut the top and bottom of raw banana.
- Heat hot oil in a pan.
- Mix salt and turmeric in 1/2 cup water and make it ready.
- Slice raw banana in hot oil.
- After the chips gets fried, the sizzling sound will stop.
- At this stage add 1 tsp of salt turmeric water in hot oil. This is done so that the chips get the correct amount of salt and yellow colour. After adding water, oil will start bubbling. Remove the chips from oil when the bubbling starts to stop.
- Crispy nendran banana chips ready!!!
