Try making dates milkshake 3 ways without sugar and all three will be so delicious!!!
Ingredients:
Dates milkshake:
Dates - 5 to 6
Milk - 1 cup(250 ml)
Dates milkshake with Walnuts:
Dates - 4Walnuts - 4
Milk - 1 cup(250 ml)
Dates milkshake with Almonds:
Dates - 4Almonds - 9(soaked & skin removed)
Milk - 1 cup(250 ml)
Directions:
1. For making each milkshake, put the corresponding ingredients in a juice blender or mixie and grind smooothly.
2. Pour in a serving glass.
3. Garnish dates milkshake with chopped dates.
4. Garnish almond dates milkshake with chopped almonds.
5. Garnish walnut dates milkshake with chopped walnuts.
Notes:You can top up all the three milkshakes with a tsp of boost or bournvita or any chocolate milk powder. It increases the taste a lot. This is optional.
