One of the best ways to include avocado in our diet is to make guacamole and have it with some baked whole grain crackers or tortilla chips. Look into the recipe and find how to make easy homemade avocado.Kids will even love avocado if you try to make guacamole this way and give them with some crackers or tortilla chips!!!


Ingredients:(serves 4)

  • Avocado - 4
  • Onion - 1/2(medium sized)
  • Tomato - 1 big or 2 small
  • Green chilli or Jalepeno - 1 
  • Garlic cloves - 2
  • Cumin/ jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon - 1
  • Cilantro or Parsely - little 
  • Salt - As needed


Directions:

  1. De seed the avocados, remove its flesh and smash it.
  2. Add finely chopped 1/2 onion, 1 big tomato, 2 garlic cloves.
  3. De seed , finely chop jalapeño or green chilli and add it.
  4. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.
  5. Add cumin powder, salt and mix well.
  6. Garnish with finely chopped cilantro or parsely.
  7. Healthy and tasty guacamole ready!!!
  8. Serve it with baked crackers or tortilla chips.
