Baked Crispy Fish Fingers


Baked fish fingers is a very healthy snack or appetiser. It will be crispy and tasty with very less oil.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Fish - 600gm(1 lb)
  • All purpose flour- 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 1
  • Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 tsp
Directions:

  1. Cut boneless skinless fish into finger size.
  2. Make 3 bowls ready.
  3. In first bowl place 1/4 cup of all purpose flour.
  4. In second bowl, crack open an egg, add little salt, chill powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  5. In third bowl, take 1 cup bread crumbs.
  6. Now dip the fish fillets first in flour, then in egg mix and then in bread crumbs.
  7. Arrange them in baking tray.
  8. Spray or apply oil on the fish fillets.
  9. Bake at 425F or 220C for 16 minutes flipping in the middle at 8 minutes and applying oil.
  10. Serve hot as such or with mayonnaise or tomato sauce!!!
