Delicious Mutton/Goat Liver Pepper Fry recipe!!! Ingredients: Mutton Liver - 600gm (1lb) Oil - 3 tbsp Onion - 2 medium Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 4 cloves Spice powders: Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Fennel seed Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - ( 1/2 tsp )+ 1/4 tsp Water - 3 tbsp Coconut oil - 2 tsp Curry leaves - few Directions: Cut the mutton liver into very small pieces, put turmeric and soak it water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, Drain water and clean the liver. This is done to remove the liver smell and clean it very nicely!!! Heat a pan, add oil, curry leaves, ginger garlic and sauté it. Add onion and sauté until golden brown. Add the spice powders and sauté. Add cleaned liver and 4 tbsp water. Cover the lid and cook in very low flame for 15 minutes. Now open the lid and cook in medium flame until the water is evaporated. Finally add coconut oil and curry leaves. Yummy mutton liver pepper fry r

Healthy and tasty carrot cake recipe!!! Ingredients: Wet Ingredients: Eggs - 4 Butter - 1 stick or ( 1/2 cup vegetable oil ) Sugar - 1 1/4 cup Vanilla essence - 2 tsp Dry ingredients: All purpose flour - 2 cups Baking powder - 2 tsp Baking Soda - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp Others: Carrot - 3 cups grated ( 4 medium sized) Walnuts or pecans - 1/4 cup Directions: Pre heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit or 180 degree Celsius. Keep butter and eggs ready at room temperature. In a bowl add the wet Ingredients: eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla and beat them for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix the dry ingredients : All purpose flour, Baking powder , Baking Soda , Salt , Cinnamon powder in another bowl. Stif the dry ingredients over the wet Ingredients. Mix the dry Ingredients with the wet and beat them using beater. Now just fold in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts. Just mix , don’t use beater at this stage.
